Ineos Europe AG和Pacific Gas（香港）Holdings Co.，Ltd已签署了四个99,000cbm（立方米）VLEC（非常大的乙烷载体）的长期宪章协议。
这笔交易将使Ineos的Ethane舰队带到16艘船，其中8艘VLEC和八个Dragon Class Ethane载体。有了这些协议，Ineos将在Pacific Gas和Pacific Gas中拥有六个VLEC。
